MAIL INFORMATION
CLS participants will receive mailbox assignments and combinations by e-mail
prior to the beginning of the program. This information will also be distributed
to participants during orientation. Beloit College Students/Faculty in the CLS
program will use the post office box assigned to them during the academic school
year.
In order to assure that your mail is delivered promptly, we ask that you read
the following mail guidelines and notify your correspondents of the proper
mailing procedures. Improperly addressed mail is the primary reason for delayed
or undeliverable mail.
All letter mail, packages, trunks, bicycles, and luggage shipped to you at
the College MUST SHOW YOUR BELOIT COLLEGE BOX NUMBER. DO NOT
use a Post Office Box number. Doing so will result in a delay in delivery and
often causes mail to be returned to the sender by the local post office.
The proper address format is:

All mail, packages, and parcels are delivered to our campus Mail Center and
must show your Beloit College Box Number to insure prompt delivery. There is no
mail or package service to the residence halls. There is also no Saturday or
Sunday mail delivery to Beloit College.
