What is a typical day like in CLS?
Classes run from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Fridays. Students and faculty share lunch (11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.) and dinner (5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) at the language tables in the dining commons. Time outside of class is spent doing homework (4-5 hours per day), studying in the language lab or library, meeting for individualized tutorial sessions, or attending weekly movie nights or cultural events.
